Stephanie Lin
Stephanie is the Chief Executive Officer of American Vision Capital. Stephanie steers the course of the company by pioneering the vision, investment management, and leadership to create an integrated financial company offering Wealth Management, Consulting and Lending, Real Estate and Property Management services.
Stephanie has over 18 years of experience in real estate, investment management and banking. Prior to starting American Vision Capital, she was the Vice President of Citigroup Global Capital Market and Senior Relationship Manager at E-trade Financial where her leadership acumen was instrumental to the growth of the first Asian investment center in California. Stephanie is an expert in providing financial advisory services, transaction management, internal control and operations improvement services to individuals and corporations. During her career, Stephanie gained significant experience involving debt offerings among other capital markets transactions.
Ming Fang
Ming is the Chief Operation Officer at American Vision Capital. He is responsible for developing the overall technology vision for the company, driving cross-company product operation initiatives and collaboration. This also includes security technology, product localization, user experience, product developments, and operation efficiency.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Computer Engineering from Northeastern University, Algorithm Design in Harvard University Extension, and Certifications in Project Management in CSUDH.
Carlos Lara
Carlos oversees the operations of residential and commercial properties, including single-family homes, apartment complexes, office buildings and shopping centers. His primary focus is on tenant relations and maintenance coordinator. He is responsible for the majority of rental showings, applications and reservations. Throughout a tenant’s residency, Carlos is the point person for any roommate transitions, lease modifications and lease renewals.
Marisa Hsi
Marisa is responsible for maintaining the organization and direction of projects. She carefully applies her technical construction knowledge and leadership to enable her project team to process information quickly and effectively. She brings a comprehensive understanding of accounting and regulatory compliance.
